Change in Legislation

Landlords should be aware that starting from October 2015 new Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm regulations will be coming in to force. This means that properties should now have at least one smoke alarm on each floor and a carbon monoxide alarm in all rooms containing a solid fuel appliance.
